As the VFX members can only output their work in video format, In the beginning, I wanted to design a puzzle game. The reason is that puzzle games are predictable and practicable to accompany with numbers of videos. However after we evaluated the ideas, it seemed to be too heavy for our duration. And after several discussions we finally decided to make a dystopian game basing on the novel 1987 because Tino and me both are fans of 1984 and V for Vendetta.
